The group is led by, Dr. Casey Cox, a senior HR operations professional with more than a decade of experience supporting high-growth, multi-state organizations with teams ranging from 25 to over 1,500. This experience includes advising executive leadership teams and owners on employment compliance, employee relations, investigations, workforce systems, and risk mitigation.
Casey holds a PhD in Business Psychology and a Harvard Law School certificate in Negotiation and Dispute Resolution, bringing a disciplined, evidence-based approach to complex workplace and people decisions.
